Content & Marketing Operations Manager
We're looking for a versatile Content & Marketing Operations Manager who can keep our content engine running, coordinate freelance contributors, build in HubSpot, and operate our in-house video studio.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution and production—you'll be the person who makes sure content gets created, scheduled, and shipped on time while also being comfortable behind a camera.
We're looking for a warm, organized, and proactive person to help keep our client experience running smoothly.
This role touches a little bit of everything—from managing schedules and mailing packages to making sure our office feels welcoming and our clients feel taken care of.

We're looking for a versatile Contract Designer to support design work across our agency and our client accounts. This is a project-based, freelance role—not a 9-to-5—built for a designer who can move fluidly between marketing assets, product design, and eCommerce website work without needing a lot of hand-holding.
If you like variety, can context-switch between brand systems, and take pride in clean, on-brand execution, this is a great fit.
